What is the Lightspeed Outdoors Warranty?

Items purchased on this website have a 1 year limited warranty.

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from date of delivery to request a return for refund. You can review more detailed return information on our Return Policy page. 

How do I return my item?

Contact our customer service team with your request. Please include your purchase receipt. We can only accept product returns for items purchased on our website. We are unable to process returns for items purchased through a 3rd party retailer.

How do I exchange my item?

We currently do not offer product exchanges.

When can I expect a refund?

Refunds can take up to 10-14 days to process. Refunds are made using the original form of payment used to make the purchase. Please note that express delivery costs cannot be refunded.

What if an item goes on sale after I purchase? 

In the case that an item goes on sale after you have purchased it we will honor a one-time price adjustment within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase through this site and purchase price will be required. Please contact us at cs@lightspeedoutdoors.com to inquire.

*Due to Covid-19 UPS is experiencing delivery delays, please order with this in mind. We apologize for any inconvenience.

*Our delivery partner is UPS, so a physical address is required for delivery (No PO boxes).

All estimates exclude holidays and business days are defined as Monday-Friday. Please expect delays due to COVID-19.

  • Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders placed late on Friday or on a weekend will not be processed until the next business day. 

How can I track my order?

Once we ship your purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with shipping and tracking details. Use the tracking number to track your UPS shipment. You may also contact us if you need any assistance.

Where do you ship. 

Free standard shipping to the 48 contiguous states.  Items cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or outside of the United States at this time.

360° Sport Chairs: Do not wash. Spot clean with damp cloth. Air dry.

Fold N Go Pet Bed: Remove inner cushion. Machine wash cover only. Air dry.

Rolled Travel Bed:  Remove inner foam pad. Machine wash fleece cover only. Air dry.

Sleep pads / Air Mats: Do not wash. Spot clean with damp cloth. Air dry.

Stadium Blanket: Machine wash. Air dry.

Rugged Puffy Blanket: Machine wash. Air dry.

Outdoor Folding Blankets: Do not wash. Spot clean with damp cloth. Air dry.

OPEN-BOX ITEMS

Open-Box items are unused returned products that are reviewed, so you can enjoy like-new outdoor gear at a lower price. This program aligns with our global efforts to cut down on waste. Open-Box items are sold AS-IS and are FINAL SALE. Discounts and promotions do not apply. Items have a 1 year limited warranty.

PAYMENT METHODS

What payment methods does Lightspeed Outdoors accept?

We generally accept the following methods of payment through Shopify payments portal: Amazon Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Elo, Google Pay, JCB, MasterCard, Shop Pay and Visa. 

What if a discount code doesn't work?

First, make sure the code you are using is for a full price item - discounts, coupons, and promotions cannot be combined or used with open-box or sale pricing. Use only one code per transaction and check that the code you are using is valid for the time you are using it. Enter the discount code exactly as it is written and without any spaces. If the problem persists, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.
